COVID-19 Updates

We are opening with Social Distancing Protocol

Hello valued Patients,

Chiropractic and Acupuncture have remained essential businesses, but we drastically reduced our hours and patient visits over the last 2 months to do our part to protect our patients, staff, community and our families. With the gradual reopening of the county, we are ready to gradually open up appointments to service our full patient needs. Our schedules will remain limited because we are still practicing as we have during this “Shelter In Place” order with only 1 doctor in office, seeing 1 patient at a time. Please see our updated temporary office hours listed below. You may reach out to us at (925) 225-0500, by email, or schedule online.

Dr. Kelley Peterson is in office on Mondays: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and Wednesdays: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm and can be reached directly by email at: Dr.Peterson@HealthSpringChiro.com

Dr. Lawrence Callaway is in office on Tuesdays and Fridays: 11:00 am – 6:00pm and can be reached directly by email at: larry@callawaychiropractic.org

Mylinh Tran is in the office on Thursdays: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and will continue to work remotely with some patients.  She also offers some online Acupressure and Qi Gong classes. To learn more or to reach Mylinh, you may email her directly at: tranquilityacupuncture@gmail.com

Massage with Nicole will remain closed until Alameda county moves into phase 3 of reopening and massage therapy is deemed safe to open.

Please take note of our Social Distancing Protocol in accordance with State and County regulations.

  1. The front desk and waiting area is for limited use at this time
    • Patients must remain in their vehicle or outside of the office until called or waved in. You will be met at the door by the doctor.
    • No individuals other than the patient being treated can enter the office (exception is made for caregiver, parent/guardian of a minor).
  2. Staff and patients (and caregiver, parent/guardian) must wear a mask unless disability or age (children under 2 years) prevent their safe use.
  3. Upon entering the office, everyone is asked to wash their hands. Hand-sanitizer or a sink with soap and water are available upon entry.
  4. Any shared surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized between patient visits.

We will continue to stay on top of this evolving situation and provide updates on this page.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and trust in HealthSpring Chiropractic. We value each and everyone of you and want you and your families to remain healthy. We miss you!

We look forward to seeing you soon,

The HealthSpring Team
